1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our business as a digital solutions and service provider, our fees are tied to ongoing strategic effort, intellectual property access (SaaS CRM), dedicated resource allocation, and real-time execution (e.g., multi-channel acquisition). Therefore, ALGO ADS PRIVATE LIMITED does not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or for fees covering past service periods.

2. Cancellation of Ongoing Services (CRM, Lead Gen, SEO, Social)

Monthly/Annual Retainers:

Services such as SaaS CRM subscriptions, Lead Generation programs, SEO, and Social Campaigns operate on a continuous basis.

Required Notice:

Cancellation of any ongoing service or retainer requires a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in billing for the subsequent service period.

Post-Notice Service:

Services will continue until the end of the paid-for term, and all deliverables (e.g., CRM access, reporting) will cease at the end of that period.

3. Cancellation of Project-Based Services (Web Software Development)

Definition:

This applies to fixed-cost projects like custom B2B Portals, E-commerce Platforms, or CMS development.

Fees Non-Refundable:

Any initial deposit or fees covering work completed up to the date of cancellation are strictly non-refundable.

Work-in-Progress:

If the Client cancels a project mid-way, ALGO ADS will calculate the value of the development and strategic work completed. Any refund amount will be at the sole discretion of ALGO ADS, determined by subtracting the total value of completed work and expenses from the payments received.

4. Refunds for Software Issues

In the unlikely event of a significant, unfixable bug or outage in the proprietary Algo SaaS CRM that prevents core functionality for an extended period, the Client may be eligible for a prorated service credit for the affected period.
